Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

A quiet studio above the barn — where healing begins in stillness.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach to supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal. By listening through light touch, this work meets the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system and the nervous system.

Unlike massage or structural bodywork, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy works at the deepest levels of the autonomic nervous system, helping the body unwind old patterns of tension, trauma, and overwhelm. Many people describe sessions as deeply restful, grounding, or quietly transformative.

A Unique Setting: The Barn Loft Studio

Nestled on the second floor of the barn where I teach riding, my craniosacral studio offers a serene, natural environment away from the noise of everyday life. The loft space is simple, warm, and peaceful — often with the sound of horses moving quietly below.

Clients must be able to climb stairs to reach the studio.

This setting is especially meaningful for equestrians, but all are welcome who feel drawn to this kind of subtle healing work.

Who This Work Is For

Craniosacral Therapy is not a quick fix — it’s an invitation to slow down and connect with your body’s intelligence.

This work may resonate with you if:

  • You are curious about nervous system regulation and subtle body healing

  • You feel stuck in cycles of stress, overwhelm, or chronic tension

  • You are recovering from injury, trauma, or significant life changes

  • You are an equestrian seeking to deepen your connection with your body and your horse through greater clarity and ease

  • You value quiet, depth, and individualized attention

What to Expect in a Session

Sessions are held fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. We begin with a short conversation to understand your needs and intentions. From there, I use gentle, still, hands-on contact to listen to your body’s rhythms and support your system’s natural movement toward balance and health.

Many clients experience:

  • A deep sense of calm and grounding

  • Release of long-held patterns of tension

  • Increased body awareness

  • Gentle emotional integration

  • A renewed sense of vitality and clarity

Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by your body’s pace — not by force or agenda.

For Equestrians

Riders often hold deep patterns — physical, emotional, and neurological — that shape how they show up in the saddle. Craniosacral Therapy can support:

  • Recovery after falls or injuries

  • Performance through enhanced body awareness and regulation

  • Partnership with your horse by fostering internal clarity and presence

Because my practice is located in a working barn, we also offer opportunities to pair craniosacral work with riding lessons or clinics, creating a unique and integrative experience.

Note

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, complementary modality that supports but does not replace medical or psychological care. This work is best suited for those ready to engage with their healing process at a deep and subtle level.
